Carolina Plantation Rice and Baked Chicken

  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 can beef consommé soup
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 cup Carolina Plantation Rice, uncooked

Melt butter in a casserole dish. Mix undiluted soups with butter, add uncooked rice. Salt and pepper four chicken breasts and lay on top. I add chicken broth if I feel there is needed for more liquid.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
