Chicken and Rice Casserole

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of onion soup
  • 1/2 can of water
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
  • 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 white onion chopped
  • 2 cups of uncooked brown rice

Clean chicken and remove fat.

Mix mushroom, onion soup, water and chopped onion in sauce pan. Cook on low heat.

Put uncooked rice in large casserole dish. Pour soup mixutre over rice, sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon, and stir.

Situate chicken breast into casserole dish, sprinkle lemon pepper, garlic salt, Mrs. Dash, and a little more cinnamon on chicken breast.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until breast are tender.
